Experience & Role Requirements
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in direct-to-consumer sales is beneficial, but we also welcome those with backgrounds in retail, inside sales, hospitality, network marketing, or field services.
- Flexible Hours: The job requires a flexible schedule, with peak sales times typically from Wednesday to Saturday, 1-7 PM.
- Coachable: Whether you have a high school diploma, a degree, or something else, we value your drive to learn and succeed. Experience in sales, communication, or technology is a bonus.
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation: A current driver’s license and transportation are essential for this role.
Earnings Potential
As a Fiber Sales Representative, your earning potential is truly unlimited. It is 1099 Commission only. You’ll earn between $54,000 and $108,000 annually in commission if you meet Level 1-3 sales goals. Exceptional performers can make $108,000+, thanks to uncapped commissions. Earnings vary based on your location, experience, and skill level, and the more you grow, the more you earn. Some team members rapidly advance to higher earning tiers, while others steadily climb as they gain experience and hone their skills.
