As a Fiber Sales Representative with PXS, you’ll play a key role in bringing cutting-edge technology to homeowners in established communities that have recently gained access to our high-speed fiber internet network. This role is about more than just sales — it’s about education, service, and helping families upgrade their connection to the modern world.
Your day-to-day involves meeting with homeowners face-to-face, walking them through the benefits of switching to fiber, and scheduling their installs. You’ll help them understand how our technology outperforms traditional cable, and how making the switch saves them money while offering faster, more reliable service.
In addition to fiber, you’ll also offer wireless products that further reduce customer expenses and simplify their tech ecosystem — all while ensuring they’re supported by a company that truly values performance, innovation, and customer care.
Virtual Solar
Virtual Solar is the first step in a homeowner’s journey to energy independence. We connect with prequalified individuals in the San Francisco Bay Area to provide information, answer initial questions, and schedule in-person consultations with trusted solar professionals.

As a Senior Solar Consultant, you meet with homeowners in person to help them take the final step toward energy independence. These appointments are pre-set with qualified individuals who have already shown interest — your role is to listen, assess their needs, and present tailored solar solutions that make sense financially and deliver long-term value.

You’ll walk homeowners through system designs, savings projections, and ownership options, helping them make informed decisions that benefit their home, their wallet, and the planet. At the same time, you’ll ensure each deal aligns with company standards for quality and profitability.

You’ll earn between $54,000 and $108,000 annually in commission if you meet Level 1-3 sales goals. Exceptional performers can make $108,000+, thanks to uncapped commissions. Earnings vary based on your location, experience, and skill level, and the more you grow, the more you earn. Some team members rapidly advance to higher earning tiers, while others steadily climb as they gain experience and hone their skills.
As a Virtual Solar Sales Representative, your earning potential is truly unlimited. It is 1099 Commission only, with Daily Pay available. You’ll earn upwards of $96,000 and $192,000 annually in commission if you meet Level 1-3 sales goals. Exceptional performers can make $192,000+, thanks to uncapped commissions. Earnings vary based on your location, experience, and skill level, and the more you grow, the more you earn. Some team members rapidly advance to higher earning tiers, while others steadily climb as they gain experience and hone their skills.
As a Senior Solar Consultant, your earning potential is truly unlimited. It is 1099 Commission only. You’ll earn between $250,000 and $450,000 annually in commission if you meet Level 1-3 sales goals. Exceptional performers can make $500,000+, thanks to uncapped commissions. Earnings vary based on your location, experience, and skill level, and the more you grow, the more you earn. Some team members rapidly advance to higher earning tiers, while others steadily climb as they gain experience and hone their skills.
